Back to Basics: Wardrobe Foundations
Did you know it's proven that dressing in clothes that make us feel good can boost our mood and give us a sense of empowerment?
That means we have the power to choose how we show up every day based on what we wear. Even hidden clothes like our socks and underwear can exert a powerful influence on our self-perception and confidence levels. Wearing something we perceive as sexy can make us feel more self assured, more powerful and more confident ⚡️
And the foundation of your wardrobe begins with the right bra. But 8 out of 10 women are not wearing the right size bra — how crazy is that?!
Furthermore, your bra size could possibly change every 6 months, so it's important to get fitted if you haven't in a while. Don't let a bad-fitting bra cramp your style and hold you back!

I know a thing or two about wardrobe foundations. Before launching my styling business, I spent 20 years working in the intimate apparel industry. During that time I got hooked on helping women see themselves and their bodies differently.
In the changing room, customers would constantly tell me how they hated their bodies and how they struggled with body shame. It would break my heart. But I immediately understood where they were coming from because I struggled with body dysmorphia myself.
So I'd hold space for them to be vulnerable and then I’d put them in the right bra.
And a miraculous change would occur.
I’d watch as they’d turn around and look in the mirror. Give themselves that once over we all know so well. And then… smile. They would hug me and say, "I am never going to be the same again because now I feel confident in my body because of this bra.”
That's how powerful wearing the right clothes can be.
The bra was the first piece to give so many of these women more confidence, like instantly. With a bra that fit them properly:
Their clothes fit differently
They would carry themselves differently, and
They felt differently when they saw their reflection in the mirror
And, more often than not, they would tell me: “Chellie, what you just did for my bras, I want to hire you to do for my clothes!”
So I set out to help women unlock their power through magnetic style.
